Privacy policy
Short version: this website asks you for no data. We only handle what you send us when you call or write to us.
Who is the data controller
The data controller is María Luisa Sánchez Reverte, with Tax ID (NIF) 77522371C and registered address at C/ Camilo José Cela, 15, 30840 Alhama de Murcia, owner of the salon Tupé Peluquería. You can get in touch on 968 63 96 38 or at marisatupe@gmail.com.
What data we collect on this website
None. This website has no forms, no registration, no analytics and no advertising profiles. You can read it in full without leaving us anything at all.
So when do you handle my data?
Only if you decide to contact us. If you call us, your number stays on the salon's phone. If you email us, we receive whatever you put in it. In both cases it's you who sends it to us, from your own phone or your own email, and on your own initiative.
What we use it for
- To reply to you and give you an appointment.
Nothing more. We don't use it to send you advertising, we don't share it with third parties and we don't sell it.
Why we may do so
Because you ask us to: the legal basis is your own request, that is, the steps taken prior to providing a service you have asked us for. If you want us to stop handling your data, just tell us and that's it.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to deal with your request. If it leads to a relationship as a client, it is kept for as long as that lasts, and afterwards for the periods required by law. Otherwise, it is deleted.
What you can do
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, object to its processing, restrict it and request its portability. To exercise these rights, write to us at marisatupe@gmail.com, call us on 968 63 96 38 or drop by the salon. By email there is a record of your request, which is as much in your interest as ours.
If you think we haven't done things right, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Applicable legislation
The processing of your data is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and by Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).
Cookies
This site uses a single first-party technical cookie, to remember whether you accept or reject the cookie notice. It uses no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies. We explain it, with its retention period, in the cookie policy.
In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
